Supplier Evaluation Policy for Drop Shipment
To ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction, all potential suppliers must meet the following minimum requirements before being approved for drop shipment partnerships:
Minimum Reviews:
- Suppliers must have a minimum of 500 verified reviews on their platform with an average rating of 4.5 stars or higher.
Order Volume:
- Suppliers should demonstrate reliability by completing at least 1,000 successful orders over the past 12 months.
Processing Time:
- Suppliers must ensure an average order processing time of 24-48 hours to meet delivery expectations.
Return & Refund Policy:
- Suppliers must have a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund policy.
Communication Responsiveness:
- Suppliers must respond to inquiries within 24 hours and maintain consistent communication throughout the partnership.
Product Quality:
- Suppliers are required to provide proof of product quality (e.g., certificates, sample testing, or previous customer feedback).
Shipping Reliability:
- Suppliers must offer reliable shipping options with real-time tracking and a delivery success rate of 95% or higher.
Compliance:
- Suppliers must comply with all applicable regulations, including packaging, labeling, and customs requirements for international shipping.
This policy ensures that only dependable and customer-focused suppliers become part of our drop shipment ecosystem, safeguarding our reputation and customer satisfaction.
Note: Exceptions may be made for new suppliers showing exceptional potential, subject to additional scrutiny.
